What I am Watching: Post 1

Man life is always so busy. I am so sorry I have not been able to post in the past month. I love writing and I love discussing what I have been watching, but with work, family, and sports, I haven't had a ton of time to watch both shows and movies. I spent the entire month of March watching both the NCAA Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments and they were a joy. But, I realized how much I have missed watching shows and movies. I have not been on a roll like I was back in January and February, but I have my shows and movies. With that, I have decided to start writing about what I am currently watching in the hope that it may give someone reading this an option for what to watch. I hope to post these at least once every couple of weeks depending on how quickly I complete shows and movies. Thanks for reading and sticking with me after this time off!

3 Body Problem - Netflix

I am not far into 3 Body Problem, but so far I am very intrigued. I do find it a little hard to follow, but rightfully so. From what I have been told, it will take me on a ride and not what I expect. It is also by the writers who did Game of Thrones, one of my favorite shows ever, so I had to give it a shot. If I enjoy it all the way through, I will make sure to write a post on the show.

X-Men 97 - Disney+

This is so amazing! I love this show so much. It is fun and for me, I get to see X-Men characters in the spotlight that aren't normally in the spotlight. I have also started watching the X-Men show leading up to '97 and it's so enjoyable. The animation of '97 is one of my favorite things about the show and I can't wait to see where they go with this.

The Bad Batch - Disney+

If there is something you should know about me, it's that I think Dave Filoni is a mastermind and is single handedly saving the Star Wars franchise. The Bad Batch isn't the best project that he has done, but I love watching it and I am so attached to all the characters. There is the occasional filler episode that isn't anything worth mentioning or watching, but when it is time to get serious, Filoni doesn't mess around. This is well worth anyone's watch.

AHS: Delicate - Hulu

Oh American Horror Story... What season are we in now? I feel like they have really struggled with these over the past couple of seasons. I loved the early seasons, but now it isn't my favorite. This current season isn't terrible, but for me the acting and story just aren't great. But, since I have seen all the other seasons, I have to continue watching. Hopefully they can end it well, but Ryan Murphy normally doesn't do that. His season finales, as of late, have been really bad. But time will tell on this one.

I am also on a fun journey right now. Some of my friends and I are competing in a trivia night at a brewery by us and it is Disney themed. So the 6 of us went through a Disney movie draft and we each have 8 movies we must watch in preparation for the trivia night. Now, since my wife is also a part of this and she has 8 movies, I have 16 to watch. But that's okay, because as everyone knows, I love film. Below you will find all 16 Disney films I am going to watch by the end of the month. I feel as if I drafted pretty well and of course, I made sure to pick some of my favorites.

Lilo & Stitch

Beauty & the Beast

The Fox & the Hound

Cinderella

The Black Cauldron

Wish

Snow White

The Rescurers

Emperors New Groove

Moana

Encanto

Frozen 2

Raya and the Last Dragon

Jungle Book

Lady and the Tramp

Pinocchio

Stay on the lookout for posts regarding some of these Disney movies. I also hope to write posts about trailers that have been released recently. While I am writing this, the trailer for Joker 2 will be dropping any minute. Sorry again for the month hiatus, but I am back and ready to write more content for you guys to read.
